The Rotunda (4014 Walnut) is partnering with Punk Rope for the month of September! Punk Rope is a blend of jump rope and calisthenics which improves cardio, strength, coordination, balance, quickness, speed, timing, rhythm, bone density, and body composition. Each week’s class features a new themed playlist. Classes are every Tuesday at 6:30pm ET and take place on Zoom. Donations are welcome but very optional.
